Color theory

Before we go into predictable reproducing colors, it is perhaps wise to go back to the school banks for a while. In this chapter 'Color theory' we explain the basic methods of additive- en subtractive color mixing.

Attention: Here is also explained why we so often get non predictable colors when we use color systems such as Grayscale, RGB and CMYK.

As closure we will take a closer look at the so called non product specific color systems,
witch are developed by the CIE (Commission Internationale de l' Eclairage).

This chapter deals with:
Additive color
Subtractive color
The problem of RGB, CMYK
CIE color systems
